Associate Pastor

      Linda Fox comes to Village United Methodist Church by way of Louisiana where she answered God's call to ministry in 1982.  She served churches in Louisiana, and on the Louisiana Conference Staff.  She and her husband, Jim, are Arkansas natives.  Linda grew up in Crossett and Jim in Paris.  They met as students at Hendrix and married in 1963.  They have four sons and three wonderful grandchildren.  After Jim retired from teaching at Louisiana State University, they returned to their home state of Arkansas and settled in Hot Springs Village.  In 1998-2000 Linda served on the newly formed Arkansas Area Ministry Staff as Minister with Families and Children; in 2000-2003, served Christ of the Hills United Methodist Church as Associate Pastor, and is pleased now to serve as Associate Pastor at Village United Methodist Church.  Linda and Jim enjoy gardening and the varied Village activities.
